Participants must be 18 years of age and posses a valid driverês
license.
Participants must show proof of active insurance coverage on their
vehicle; if one is presently owned. Participant agrees to permit AdSmart
Outdoor to review DMV records. You will be eligble provided that you
have not acquired more than two (2) moving violations in the last
1.5 years.
Participant must sign an indemnification agreement at the time of
installation. This will indemnify AdSmart Outdoor Advertising and
the advertising party if any driver of the vehicle acts in a reckless
or unlawful manner.
Participants must notify AdSmart Outdoor Advertising within (24)
hours of accidents, moving violations, or defacement of the advertisement.
Participants agree to meet with an AdSmart Outdoor Advertising representative
once a month to check mileage, GPS unit, and condition of the advertisement
on their vehicle.
Participants must notify AdSmart Outdoor Advertising if the GPS
unit is not functioning correctly.
Participants must return the vehicle at the end of the advertising
period.
Participants must keep the GPS unit ON at all times.
Participants must clean the vehicle twice a month.
Participants must perform the contract in accordance with the information
submitted on the application.
Participants must drive the number of miles represented on their
application.
Participantês may not make any internal and external modifications
to vehicle.
All participants must fill out the online application to enroll
in the program.
Participant must be the primary driver of the vehicle submitted
on the application.
Participants must comply with the guidelines and requirements described
within the contract.
All Participants must sign and agree to the conditions set forth
in the contract which will be issued immediately after you are chosen
to receive an AdSmart Automobile.
Submittal of an AdSmart AutoAd application in no
way binds you to participating in our program.
